Exhibitor Setup, Operations, and Teardown

Welcome, Exhibitors! This page provides essential logistical information for a smooth experience at Spirituality & Beyond 2026.

Setup Times

  • Friday, April 3rd, 2026: (Times TBD)
  • Saturday, April 4th, 2026: (Times TBD – Morning Only)

All booths must be fully set up before the conference opens to attendees on Saturday morning. Please adhere strictly to the setup schedule.

Operating Hours

Exhibitor booths should be staffed during primary conference hours:

  • Saturday, April 4th: (Hours TBD)
  • Sunday, April 5th: (Hours TBD)

Teardown Times

  • Sunday, April 5th, 2026: (Times TBD, after conference closes)

Early teardown is not permitted. All materials must be removed from the venue by the designated time on Sunday evening.

Shipping & Receiving

Information regarding shipping materials directly to the Henry J. Kaiser Center for the Arts will be provided to confirmed exhibitors. Please coordinate any large shipments in advance.

Rules & Regulations

Exhibitors must adhere to all venue rules and conference policies. Key guidelines include:

  • Maintain professional conduct and booth appearance.
  • Comply with all safety regulations, including fire codes.
  • Sales activities must comply with local and state laws (including permits and sales tax collection where applicable).
  • Distribution of certain substances may be restricted; please confirm adherence to conference guidelines.
