We have a variety of volunteer roles available to match different skills and interests. Contribute to the area that resonates most with you!
Available Roles
- Registration & Check-in: Welcome attendees, manage check-in process, distribute badges and materials. (Friendly, organized individuals needed!)
- Setup & Teardown Crew: Assist with setting up signage, booths, workshop rooms before the event, and packing up afterwards. (Physical ability required.)
- Wristband Checking / Door Monitors: Ensure attendees have proper credentials for accessing conference areas and specific sessions. (Attentive and reliable.)
- Speaker Support: Assist speakers with AV needs, room setup, timekeeping, and general support in session rooms. (Tech-savvy and punctual preferred.)
- Ushers & Room Monitors: Help guide attendees, manage flow in and out of session rooms, assist with Q&A sessions. (Helpful and communicative.)
- Info Booth / Floater: Answer attendee questions, provide directions, and assist various teams as needed. (Knowledgeable about the event and flexible.)
Requirements & Commitment
- All volunteers must be 21 years of age or older.
- A minimum time commitment is typically required (e.g., one 4-6 hour shift) in exchange for a complimentary pass (details vary).
- Must attend a mandatory pre-conference orientation meeting (virtual or in-person).
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential!
